Oren Drath (Managing Member)

Oren has a BSc. Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has over 10 years business consulting experience gained across a variety of industries including electricity utility, manufacturing, telecoms, retail banking, insurance and employee benefits. Oren has participated in or led medium to large-scale multi-disciplinary projects aimed at improving business effectiveness or streamlining business operations through efficiency improvements. During this period he has also held senior positions in the banking and insurance sector. His work has been predominantly focused on business model refinement, business process reengineering or re-design, performance management improvement, the development of process architectures, process automation, client experience management, outsourcing, call centre optimisation and more recently, employee benefits process optimisation.
